国外火炮定位雷达的现状和发展趋势

主要描述了国外火炮定位雷达的研制现状,对美国研制的Firefinder系列雷达,俄罗斯研制的Zoopark-1雷达,英、法、德等国联合研制的COBRA雷达以及瑞典和挪威联合研制的AR THUR雷达等几种火炮定位雷达的特点、主要技术指标及市场销售情况做了简要的介绍,最后总结了国外火炮定位雷达的最新发展趋势。     

关于加强“4＋1”模式学员军事素质基础培养的研究

现代战争对军人的军事素质提出了更高的要求,而优良的军事素质,是靠平时严格、艰苦的训练来实现的.我院高度重视培养提高学员的军事素质,主要通过3个途径实现培养目标.这里重点阐述了我院对学员军事素质培养的实践经验及效果,对军事工程院校学员军事素质基础的提高,具有一定的指导作用和参考价值.     

Theoretical study of an energetic material di-1H-1,3,4-triazole derivatives

Computations by density functional theory (DFT) method are performed on a series of di-1H-1,3,4-triazole derivatives with different substituents and linkages. The heat of formation (HOF) is predicted by the designed isodesmic reactions. The predicted results reveal that –N₃ and –NN– groups are effective structural units for increasing the HOF values of the di-1H-1,3,4-triazole derivatives. The HOMO–LUMO gap is affected by the substituents and linkage groups. Detonation performance is evaluated using the Kamlet–Jacobs approach based on the calculated density and HOF. The results indicate that –NO₂, –NF₂, –NH–, –NH–NH– and –NN– groups are helpful for enhancing the detonation properties of di-1H-1,3,4-triazole derivatives. The bond dissociation energy and bond order of the weakest bonds are analyzed to investigate their stability. It is observed that the –CH₂–, –CH₂–CH₂– and –CHCH– groups are effective structural units for improving the stabilities of these derivatives. Considering the detonation performance and the stability, five compounds are screened as the potential candidates for high energy density materials.

Concise RLT forms of binary programs: A computational study of the quadratic knapsack problem

The reformulation‐linearization technique (RLT) is a methodology for constructing tight linear programming relaxations of mixed discrete problems. A key construct is the multiplication of “product factors” of the discrete variables with problem constraints to form polynomial restrictions, which are subsequently linearized. For special problem forms, the structure of these linearized constraints tends to suggest that certain classes may be more beneficial than others. We examine the usefulness of subsets of constraints for a family of 0–1 quadratic multidimensional knapsack programs and perform extensive computational tests on a classical special case known as the 0–1 quadratic knapsack problem. We consider RLT forms both with and without these inequalities, and their comparisons with linearizations derived from published methods. 基于0-1规划的弹种决策与发射时序优化

对于身管发射武器系统,同一发射单元使用不同弹种完成作战任务时,需要确立合适的弹种决策与最佳的发射时机.提出用O-1变量来描述弹种决策变量.通过时弹种发射机制及武器系统控制特点进行分析,构造多种0-1变量用以描述武器系统作战时序之间的约束关系,建立了弹种发射时序的0-1规划模型,并用LINGO软件实现了0-1规划的求解.给出了典型应用实例,进行了仿真计算,结果表明,该方法简单可行.     

一类参数激励与强迫激励并存的非线性振动系统的分叉

本文用Ｌｉａｐｕｎｏｖ—Ｓｃｈｍｉｄｔ方法研究了同时受参数激励与强迫激励作用的非线性振动系统的亚谐分叉问题,用奇异性理论确定了等价意义下的分叉方程的形式,导出了必需的分叉系数,求出并且分析了１／２—１／２亚谐共振分叉方程的普适开折,画出了各个结构稳定域及分叉集上的响应图。     

论“4+1“模式给军事基础教学带来的机遇与挑战

从几方面论述了"4+1"院校人才培养模式,为军事基础教学带来的发展机遇,以及军事基础教学所面临的严峻挑战.同时提出了抓住机遇迎接挑战的对策.

一类多维双重时序 AR(1)-MA(q) 模型的平稳性

讨论了一类多维双重时序ＡＲ（１）－ＭＡ（ｑ）模型的二阶平稳性问题。通过导出一组线性方程组，给出了这类模型二阶平稳的显式充分条件和必要条件，为验证模型的二阶平稳性提供了一个可行的途径。
